Terms

Term and conditions

Thank you for visiting our site and for shopping with Francis Gallery. Here is a list of details that you'll need to know before browsing our site and purchasing a work with us.

Payment

We accept payment via debit/credit card or bank transfer. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged. Francis Gallery reserves the right to charge a 3% admin fee for credit card payments.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days upon receipt of your artwork to request a refund. Please email [email protected], explaining why you are requesting the refund, and return the artwork in the condition in which it arrived. The buyer is responsible for organising and covering the full cost of the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service; Francis Gallery does not take responsibility for any returned artworks that are lost or damaged in transit back to the gallery. Francis Gallery will confirm the refund amount, after reviewing the condition of the returned artwork. Please note, physical sales made in the gallery are final and cannot be returned.

Shipping

Delivery times

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your purchase prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All purchases are insured whilst in transit (unless the customer opts out of this option). Deliveries are tracked, and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.

Duties and Taxes

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before making a purchase. Francis Gallery is legally obligated to enter the full value of purchases on customs forms.

Remote Areas (UK)

If you live in a remote area in the UK, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £17.50. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.

Cancellations

We will try our best to fulfil every purchase as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any purchases for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount.
