  1. Can you frame a work for me?
    For works purchased at the gallery, we offer a framing service — via a third party provider — to cater for individual needs. Options can be discussed by emailing LA@francisgallery.com. Lead times will depend on the availability of our providers and how complex your framing needs are.
  2. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
    If you have not received your work, or are unsure regarding its whereabouts, please email us at LA@francisgallery.com.
  3. What can I do if my order is damaged?
    We want you to receive your work in its original condition. If your work is damaged, please email LA@francisgallery.com within 5 days of receiving the work, including photographs clearly showing the damage, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
  4. How much is shipping?
    Shipping cost will vary based on the final delivery address. We offer worldwide shipping, with insurance, and tracking information is available on all purchases. International packages may incur customs duty and/or import fees; please enquire for more information.
  5. Can I commission an original artwork?
    Yes, you can. In order to commission an original work, please email us at LA@francisgallery.com, informing us of the artist you wish to work with and the scope.
  6. Can I use the photographs on your website?
    Unfortunately, at this point in time, you cannot use our photography without our written consent.
  7. Where is your gallery?
    Our gallery is located on 8323 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90069, United States.
  8. When are you open?
    Our gallery is open from Wednesday — Saturday, 11am — 5pm.
